What Revv keeps, where it is kept, and who can see it, in plain words.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and the day you joined, with Resend, the service Revv sends its email through. You get one welcome email when you join, and one more when Revv is in the App Store and Google Play. Your address is never sold or shared, and you can ask for it to be removed at any time by replying to either email.

Your account

You sign in to Revv with an email address and a password. Your profile holds your name, your bowling hand and your delivery.

Only you can see your data. Each account reaches only its own records. That is enforced by the database itself, not only by the app. There is no sharing between accounts, no feed, and no one else's view of your numbers.

What Revv keeps

Everything is saved on your phone first and sent to your account when you have a connection, so the same data is on any phone you sign in on.

The camera

No video or picture is ever kept or uploaded. While Shot Tracker is running, the camera is read on your phone to find the ball and the lane. Only the shot's numbers and its line are saved. The working files of a session stay on your phone and are never sent.

Where it is kept

Your account and your data are stored with Supabase, in its Tokyo region, under Revv's own project. Files you attach (ball photos, pattern sheets) are stored there too, under your account.

Deleting

Anything you log can be deleted in the app. A delete always asks twice. A deleted record has its words and numbers cleared and is kept only as a marker, so that no other phone can bring it back.

To delete your whole account and everything in it, email hello@revvbowling.com from the address you signed up with.
